Oregon DMV Website Rebrand
Our team was tasked with rebranding the Oregon DMV website to enhance its efficiency and user-friendliness. By addressing the outdated and confusing elements of the old site, we implemented a streamlined design and intuitive navigation features, significantly improving user efficiency and overall experience through targeted research and user testing.
Objective: To rebrand a current DMV website for both desktop and mobile screens.
Problem: The Oregon DMV website, while functional, was outdated and inharmonious. Users faced difficulties in navigating the site to find essential information and services, leading to frustration and inefficiency.
Solution: Our redesign focused on creating a clean, modern interface that prioritizes user experience. By streamlining the homepage, organizing content logically, and enhancing accessibility, we aimed to make information easily discoverable. We introduced clear navigation menus, prominent search functionalities, and mobile-friendly design. The result is a more efficient, user-centric website that meets the needs of Oregon residents with ease and clarity.
